OFFICIAL RULES
LIMITED ONLY TO MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL CABLE TELEVISION COOPERATIVE, INC., (“NCTC”) WHO DO NOT CARRY THE TELEVISION NETWORK “INSP” AND/OR "INSP HD" PRIOR TO THE PROMOTION PERIOD AND WHO ARE LOCATED IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.
SPONSOR: The promotion “INSP ACQUISITION PROMOTION” (“Promotion”) is sponsored by INSP LLC (“INSP” and/or “Sponsor”) located at 3000 WorldReach Drive, Indian Land, SC 29707. This Promotion is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with The National Cable Television Cooperative, Inc.
ELIGIBILITY: THIS PROMOTION IS ONLY OPEN TO AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF A CABLE SYSTEM OPERATOR, LEGALLY DOMICILED IN THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO IS A MEMBER OF NCTC WHO DOES NOT CARRY INSP AND/OR INSP HD PRIOR TO THE PROMOTION PERIOD (“NCTC Member” or “Entrants”). Promotion begins at 12:00 AM [midnight] (ET) on April 1, 2021 and ends 11:59 PM (ET) on December 31, 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, the NCTC Member should do the following:
PRIZES:
All Entrants who complete the above entry requirements during the Promotion Period shall receive a promotion code to enter during the registration process on the INSP affiliate website (www.inspaffiliate.com). The promotion code will allow for a “Point Allotment” corresponding to Entrant’s subscriber count, as follows:

One (1) Point Allotment per Entrant. Submission of an incomplete entry may result in disqualification. Any completed and uncompleted entries become the property of Sponsor. Sponsor shall not be responsible for unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; online failures; hardware, software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or other communications failures or circumstances affecting receipt of entries or Entrants’ ability to participate in this Promotion. By entering, each Entrant agrees to be bound by the rules and regulations of this Promotion and the Terms and Conditions associated with the INSP affiliate website (“Terms and Conditions”).
Entrant may redeem the Point Allotment for prizes (“Prizes”) offered on the INSP affiliate website at the time of redemption. An Entrant must register on the INSP affiliate website, enter the promotion code and redeem the Point Allotment for Prizes on or before September 30, 2022. Any portion of the Point Allotment not redeemed on or before September 30, 2022 shall be deleted from Entrant’s account.
After Entrant registers on the INSP affiliates website, Entrant will have the opportunity to earn points (“Additional Points”) in addition to the Point Allotment. The Additional Points may also be redeemed for Prizes. Entrant may use the Point Allotment toward one or more Prizes provided the total points necessary to deem such Prizes are equal to or less than the Point Allotment. The Point Allotment cannot be combined with Additional Points when redeeming Prizes.
RESTRICTIONS: All Prizes are award subject to the Terms and Conditions. Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Entrant receiving Prizes. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions (including substituting gift cards of equivalent value) at its sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:By entering, all Entrants release Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, agencies, officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers and all others associated with the development or execution of this Promotion from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Promotion or the acceptance, possession or use of any Prizes including, without limitation, liability for any personal injury, damage or loss. ANY CLAIMS OR CONTROVERSIES RELATING TO OR ARISING FROM THIS PROMOTION SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND INTERPRETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA WITHOUT REGARD TO THE CONFLICTS OF LAW PRINCIPLES THEREOF AND SHALL BE BROUGHT IN THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN NORTH CAROLINA. EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO THAT VENUE AND JURISDICTION AS THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS AND WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS. Any provision of these Official Rules that is unenforceable shall be severable therefrom and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect. By entering this Promotion, Entrant consents to the use of its company name for advertising or publicity purposes without additional compensation by Sponsor, except where prohibited by law.
USE OF ENTRANT INFORMATION: Sponsor may use information which Entrants provide about their companies as permitted by law and in accordance with Sponsor’s respective Privacy Policies.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, the web site, and/or the legitimate operation of the Promotion; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Neither Sponsor, nor their agents shall be responsible for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, which corrupt or affect the operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and cancel or terminate the Promotion (or any portion thereof); or modify the Promotion or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT NEITHER SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR, NOR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING, WEB SITE PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED ENTITIES”), WILL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING OR DEATH), OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION OR IN ANY PROMOTION RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED ENTITIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND SPONSOR’S CONTROL, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED ENTITIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF INTERNET SITES, WWW.NCTCONLINE.ORG, WWW.INSPAFFILIATE.COM AND WWW.INSP.COM, THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING THE WEB SITE AND ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. BY ENTERING, EACH ENTRANT CONFIRMS HAVING READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND AGREES TO COMPLY WITH THEM.
