The Inspirational Network, Inc. and its subsidiaries, including INSP, LLC (collectively, “INSP”) have created this Privacy Policy to explain why we collect particular information and how we will protect the personal privacy within our Web Site. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for the Web site located at the URL (the “Site”).

In order to fully understand your rights, we encourage you to read this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Use located at  INSP reserves the right at any time and without notice to change this Privacy Policy simply by posting such changes on our Site.   1. Information We May Collect.

We may collect information that can identify you ("personal information”), such as your name and title, (i) when you provide it to us when using the Site or in some other manner, or (ii) from other INSP affiliated companies, from our business partners, and from other third parties. We may also combine the personal information that we receive from different sources.

When you first enter the Site, we may ask you to provide identifiable information on your company and/or regional division. From time to time, we administer surveys on the Site in which we will ask information about your subscribers so that we can tailor the Site to meet your needs.

To completely ensure that we have your consent, we make sure that each e-mail we send you presents the additional opportunity to opt-out of receiving future e-mails. To reset your password, update your personally identifiable information, correct any information, make changes to your preferences, unsubscribe to any e-mail subscriptions or to opt-out of any services, you may access your profile through the edit profile link on each page of the Site.

INSP uses commercially available software and hardware to ensure protection of your personal information, including industry-standard encryption and offline security methods in our physical facilities.  However, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, although we take steps to secure your information, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information, searches, or other communications will always remain secure. You should also take care with how you handle and disclose your personal information and should avoid sending personal information through insecure e-mail.

8. Visiting the Site from Outside the United States.

This Privacy Policy is intended to cover collection of information on the Site from residents of the United States. If you are visiting the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The data protection and other laws of the United States and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country.
